☑️ All orders include FREE Delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many products you order.
☑️ Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your items and all orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of products, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible!
☑️ As soon as your order is with the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Important Shipping Information:
☑️ We primarily use Australia Post for our shipping needs. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is in the capable hands of Australia Post. On rare occasions, there might be delays beyond our control. We encourage you to use the tracking information provided to stay updated on your shipment's status.
☑️ Shipping times for local areas are between business 3-5 days. All other areas are between 8-10 business days. Orders placed after 3.00pm Fridays, will be processed the following Monday/Tuesday. *Please note: Although we require a signature on delivery, due to current COVID-19 limitations this is at the discretion of the Australia Post’s delivery driver and they may leave your package in a safe place, or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home.
